Meet the Owners

Stephen Casselman, Owner

Stephen is the father of three energetic fun loving boys, and a proud and confident husband, all while humble in nature. Perfect attributes for golf by the way, which is, of course, immensely enjoyed and lamented, sometimes simultaneously. As a co-owner of Cabinet IQ Charlotte, he was led to the cabinet industry by way of an amalgamation between the passion for multi-discipline business demands of real estate and the aesthetic, imaginative, and psychological demands of home renovation, new construction, and value add opportunity. Armed with the formal tutelage of a BBA from Roanoke College, a MBA with concentration Real Estate Finance and Development from UNC-Charlotte, and the experience from years of owning and operating several successful companies, Stephen's unique knack to meld the qualitative and the quantitative is omnipresent. Stephen wears an authentic demeanor, balancing a strong will with a creed of grace, gratitude, and generosity.

Tyler Ramsey, Owner

Tyler Ramsey is a co-owner of Cabinet IQ, leveraging a distinguished career in professional football scouting. His journey began with the Seattle Seahawks, where he served from 2009 to 2021. During his tenure, Tyler was integral to the team's success, contributing to two Super Bowl appearances and a Super Bowl XLVIII victory in 2013. In 2021, he joined the Carolina Panthers as a National Scout, and subsequently held the role of Assistant Director of Pro Personnel for two seasons. Tyler holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington (2008) and earned his MBA from Washington State University (2017). His football career began at Bellevue High School in Seattle, where he excelled as a starting quarterback and safety, helping his team secure three consecutive 3A state titles from 2001 to 2003. Tyler and his wife, Cori, are proud parents of three children: twins Tucker and Charlotte, and their youngest, Miller.

Marshall Casselman, Owner

Marshall Casselman brings two decades of experience in the real estate, remodel, and construction industry. He has a reputation for excellence, growth implementation, and execution in many areas of the industry. Marshall's journey into the world of cabinetry began with a fascination for design, a commitment to quality and a need for an industry changing cabinet company that can create value in the community. Marshall is dedicated to fostering a team environment where creativity and expertise flourish. He believes in continuous learning and innovation, regularly updating skills and techniques to stay ahead in the ever-evolving world.
