Adrian and Patty McGrail, Owners

Adrian and Patty have proudly called Houston home for over two decades where they now live with their son and rescue dogs. Throughout Adrian’s 38-year career in the oil industry’s service sector, he has lived and worked around the world. However, it was Houston’s vibrant community and the countless opportunities it offers that ultimately drew him in. With Patty being a proud native Texan, the decision to plant deeper roots in the Bayou City and become business owners with Cabinet IQ was a natural one. Their extensive operations, sales and marketing backgrounds seamlessly translated into a passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to helping clients bring their remodeling visions to life. Having personally built multiple homes for their own family, Adrian and Patty have a deep understanding of the importance of creating a beautiful, functional heart of the home that is tailored to meet their customers’ unique needs.
