He believes in going above and beyond for every customer and he always strives to ensure they are just as excited as he is about their new purchase. Outside of work, he has a passion for the outdoors and adventures. You can often find him hiking, kayaking, or simply on a walk with his wife,

Synthia Wilson
Lead Designer
Synthia enjoys attending NKBA & ASID social events and webinars, to keep up with current trends with colors, cabinetry styles, residential homes, and interior design. “The thing I enjoy the most when meeting new clients for a cabinetry space redesign, is to help solve function and storage issues. I want a clients’ home to maximize available space, be a representation of their style, and meet their needs.” Synthia has experience working with both New Construction clients and Remodeling Projects of all sizes. She has degrees in Interior Design (BFA) from UCM, Kitchen & Bath Design (AAS), Construction Management (AAS), Drafting & Design (COC), and participated in Study Abroad program in Italy through JCCC. She has been in the field of Kitchen & Bath Design for 6 years, and in Interior Design for 15+ years. She shares her home in Olathe with her husband, 2 young-adult children, and 3 cats. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, canoeing, boating, fishing and traveling.

Morgan Webb
Designer
Morgan comes with nearly a decade long background of working with multiple construction trades and brings a well-rounded perspective to cabinet design. Her passion for customer service shines through in every project, ensuring clients feel supported from the first consultation to the final installation. She is experienced in estimating a wide range of projects including everything from small scale bathroom remodels to new build homes – striving to provide accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication throughout the process. As a cabinet designer, Morgan combines practical industry knowledge with a commitment to creating functional, beautiful spaces tailored to each customer’s needs. Customer service is at the heart of what she does and her passion for creating a smooth, supportive experience for every client is what sets her apart. In her time away from the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs as well as volunteering at local animal shelters around Kansas City
