Jerry and Cheryl Rathje, Owners

Cabinet IQ of Pleasanton is a family-led team rooted in craftsmanship, design, and service. Owners Jerry and Cheryl Rathje, both U.S. Army veterans, bring the discipline, integrity, and attention to detail from their military service into every project. Together with their son-in-law, Trent Marek, an expert in cabinetry, installation, and project management, they bring a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring flawless execution and lasting results. And of course, the loyal shop dog Ricky, who keeps spirits high in the showroom. Cheryl, a Bay Area native and former healthcare executive, and Jerry, who grew up on an Iowa farm, discovered their love of design while restoring a mid-century modern home. What began as a personal renovation evolved into a mission to help homeowners transform their spaces with quality cabinetry, intelligent design, and a seamless customer experience. At Cabinet IQ of Pleasanton, every detail matters-from concept to installation-ensuring that results are as beautiful as they are enduring.
