Jason Browder, Owner

Before opening Cabinet IQ, I spent 13 years working in healthcare, where I learned the importance of serving others, building trust, and creating exceptional experiences. Those values continue to guide me every day as a business owner. Growing up, I developed an appreciation for both quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design through my parents—my father, a lifelong carpenter and furniture builder, and my mother, an amazing artist and interior decorator. That foundation sparked my passion for real estate, leading me to invest in properties, complete multiple home renovations, and new home builds. What began as a personal passion ultimately became the business I own and love today. Cabinet IQ is committed to making the remodeling process stress-free through proven systems, quality products, and a streamlined approach. I want homeowners to be excited about their renovation—not overwhelmed by it. My mission is to make your project simple, enjoyable, and efficient while providing expert guidance and clear communication every step of the way. My fiancé Kelly, our dog Freddy and I are proud to call Wilmington home. When I'm not helping homeowners create their dream spaces, you'll usually find me on the golf course, hiking, boating, or exploring new places outdoors.
