In addition to receiving one-on-one coaching during your store buildout, you’ll have six weeks of online training, where we’ll share with you the company’s core values and strategies for success. Then, prior to your store opening, you’ll enjoy on-site training at our flagship location in Cedar Park, Texas, where we’ll show you how to::
- Review and adjust your business plan
- Assess cost estimates
- Arrange day-to-day site visits and schedule remodels
- Understand the technical aspects of sales, marketing, accounting, human resource management, and operations
Because we believe that practice makes perfect, your team will gather 10 days of first-hand experience in client relations to prepare them for the reality of your new show room. You’ll also follow a 94-point store readiness checklist to make sure you’re all set for your grand opening day.
